Why should I use a house or pet sitter, rather than board my pet?

We carry on your normal routine as best as we can. By leaving your pet in it's normal surroundings, it will be less stressed.The car ride alone is ussually a massive hassle. Being boarded means they will spend most of their time in a small cage, bored and uncomfortable, and no one wants that for their pets.  Being boarded can also cause behavioral issues, eating disorders, and they may obtain fleas from surrounding animals.  Your animals, as you know, are most comfortable in their own home.  

As for your home, you want it to appear occupied. The last thing you want to happen is for a burglar to realize that for several days there has been no activity at your home, no lights shifting, etc., and we will be there to do that. And also, you have the option to have your home cleaned while you are gone. It is so nice to come home to a nice clean home and have nothing to take care of and pick up.

Who are your house and pet sitters?

We have chosen to keep this business in our home. As of right now, it is only 2 house and pet sitters and we are a young married couple. We love pets of all sorts, and the joys they bring to our lives. We enjoy caring for your home and it's belongings as it were our own.

Will you pick up after my pets?

We will pick up any poopies while out on walks or in house, clean cat box etc., and pick up their toys.

How many visits a day do I really need?

That differs from pet to pet. If you have an older OR younger pet with a weak bladder, it may need to go out several times a day. If you have several cats, the cat box may need to be changed 1 or more times in a day. If you have a needy pet that needs extensive amounts of attention and love we can certainly provide that as well.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract or can I use you occasionally?

You do not have to sign a long-term contract. We are there for you when you need us. Whether it be for a small business trip, a family emergency, a grand vacation, or whatever your needs may be. We even have discounts for those who will be gone for extended periods of time, such as empty nester's who go away for the winter. We will customize any of the offered services to your needs.
